1. Payment Options

We offer safe and convenient payment methods:

• Online Payments: Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible orders (serviceable pin codes only).

• Advance Payment: Required for bulk or customized orders.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

2. Delivery Coverage

• We currently deliver across select locations in Hooghly district and nearby areas.

• Delivery availability depends on your pincode. You will be informed at checkout.

3. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: For orders of ₹1000 or more within a 5–10 KM radius of Jamdara.

• Standard Delivery Charges: Apply for:

  • Orders below ₹1000.

  • Deliveries outside the 10 KM radius.

  • Long-distance courier/shipping (charges shown at checkout).

4. Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• Local deliveries (within 10 KM) are completed within 1–3 business days.

• For outstation/courier deliveries, timelines vary by location (typically 3–7 business days).

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with delivery details.

• Local deliveries may be handled by our in-house team; courier deliveries will include a tracking ID.

6. Delivery Restrictions

• Deliveries are made during normal working hours (10 AM – 7 PM, excluding public holidays).

• In case you are unavailable at the delivery address, we will attempt re-delivery or contact you for rescheduling.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please check your order at the time of delivery.

• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
