1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Stationery items that have been used or opened (e.g., pens, notebooks).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
2. How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and product images (if defective/damaged).
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
3. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product (if eligible).
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products only.
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping is free.
- For other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
